1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Demegoria, an AI-assisted public-speaking coaching application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and confirm it before signing in. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. The Service

Demegoria records speeches and mock interviews you choose to perform, analyzes them with automated speech-to-text and AI models, and produces coaching feedback. Recording only happens when you start a session; you control what you record and can delete your sessions.

Coaching feedback is generated by artificial intelligence. It may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for practice purposes only — it is not professional media training, legal, or political advice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the speeches, recordings, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service — including sending it to the third-party processors described in the Privacy Notice (transcription, voice synthesis, and AI analysis providers). You must not upload content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use, and you must not record other people without their consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access other users' data; probe, overload, or disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer it; use it to generate unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive material; or use automated means to create accounts or send requests beyond normal personal use.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demegoria and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, reputation, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger the Service or other users.
